Orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday, normally will be shipped the same day. We do not accept PO Boxes for shipping addresses. Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and your order shipping notification. PRICING
Promotional prices on our website are valid only for new merchant accounts with First Data Independent Sales Stanford. We encourage businesses to open new FDIS merchant accounts with our promotional prices for merchant equipment and software as additional incentive to low processing rates and fees. However, you can buy merchant products from us without opening a merchant account.

APPLICATION DOWNLOADS
If your processing equipment requires FDMS application download, additional charge may apply: $99.99 per terminal, $79.99 per PIN pad, $49.99 per check reader. This application charge may be added to the total sales amount of your order or appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
LICENSING FEES
If you buy processing software and you are not Cardservice International's merchant, additional charge may apply in the amount of $75.00 per software package. This licensing fee charge may be added to the total sales amount of your order or appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you have to call us immediately at (888) 589-2569 and then send us an e-mail to sales@cardservice-sf.com with your cancellation request. A cancellation fee in the amount of 5% of the total sales amount will apply.
If deemed necessary in some cases to prevent merchant fraud, our sales representative may contact you (by phone or/and e-mail) within 24 hours to confirm your order. If your order cannot be confirmed, it will be cancelled automatically.
REFUND INFORMATION
We will issue a refund for your equipment (except shipping charges and 5% restocking charge) if you return the products in resellable condition within 30 days from the date of your original order. A written explanation and refund request is required in order to issue a refund. Once we receive returned items, please allow 3-5 weeks for refund processing.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. We will also retain 5% of the sales amount as a restocking charge.
